Service Request cannot be activated until Model Number and Date of Delivery are provided
Please note that proof of purchase must be sighted by the technician on the day of service
Documents suitable for proof of purchase include:
*Delivery dockets;
*Retailer or supplier invoices;
*Kitchen cabinet invoices that incorporate appliances;
*Credit card statements where the purchase of the appliances are clearly depicted;
*Handover document (new dwellings only).
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
* Incorrect Installation of the Appliance
* Instruction on Use of the Appliance
* Replacement of light globes, house fuses or reset of circuit breakers
* Cleaning of the Appliance
Please note that service calls which fall outside the warranty conditions will be charged by the technician on the day of service.
